My Deer Parishionerz o St. Padre Pio Parish,
It iz me! Batman, da rectory doggo! And I iz very sad. One o my favorite peoplez in da world iz VERY SICK and I don't know whatz 2 do except pray. So I iz asking u 2 do da same during deez difficult timez. What else can we doez but pray? It iz not all dat different from da readingz 4 dis Sunday. Both da book o Leviticus and da Gospel o Mark talk about peoplez who r very sick wit leprosy. Dis disease forced-ed peoplez 2 b isolated and away from dere familiez and livez. But it iz Jesus dat givz lif back 2 da leper and allowz him 2 go back 2 hiz lif. Da man dat wuz cured gav glory 2 God. When we haz peole dat we care about who r very sick, especially wit da coronavirus, it iz very hard becauz we r separated from each udder and alone. Just lik da Gospel, it iz only Jesus dat can giv us lif by either healing us so datz we can goez home here on earth o 2 tak us home 2 b wit Him in heaven. So we haz 2 pray hard every day 4 deez tings. And in da midst of all o dis, we still need 2 praise God and "publicize the whole matter" by proclaiming what God haz dun, iz doing and will do 4 us.
